Galion Burger King Garden Side Salad Review

After my last experience at Galion Burger King, I was REALLY hesitant to go back and spend more money there, but I also really didn't want to leave a bad review of Galion Burger King as the only BK post here on Galionite. So, I went in tonight for an on-the-go dinner, but I ordered lighter because I seriously didn't want to shell out the bucks for another burger after the last one was so bad.

Tonight, I ordered a 10-piece order of chicken nuggets and a garden side salad. Sorry I forgot to snap a pic of the nuggets, but the salad is shown above.

The chicken nuggets were hot and seemed to be on point. The flavor was right, the texture was good. All-in-all, they were really good chicken nuggets.

The salad got off to a good start by looking fresh and colorful. Appearance-wise, it was a really pretty salad. (As you can see in the photo.)

And, I'm happy to add that the salad was as FRESH as it looked! (The tomatoes were a little funky, but it's off season and it's hard to find good tomatoes anywhere this time of year.) Though, they managed to find fresh greens, and those are out of season, too.

The Service at Burger King in Galion

Like last time, the service was stellar. In fact, the same woman who did such a great job last time was working the window again tonight. I have to compliment the managers on keeping such a talented employee, and would like to note that she's more like an ambassador for their company than anything.

Summary of This Visit to Galion Burger King

To summarize this follow-up visit to Burger King in Galion with a  grade, I would give it about a B+. It would have earned an A if the tomatoes in the salad had been fresher.

Plus, I will be going back at some point to get another Whopper sandwich, and plan to take a meat thermometer so I can snap a photo of the exact inner temperature of the meat patty in the Whopper before leaving the Galion Burger King premises. (So it's exactly what they're handing out and doesn't have any time to cool off.)
